- For composition and page makeup we accept hard copy, unedited files, and of course edited and coded files. We are equally at home working in Quark XPress, InDesign, 3B2, TeX, and LaTeX.
- XML workflows and conversions are available. We are very experienced in this area and always maintain a state-of-the-art level in technology.
- We are well versed in preparing final PDF files for the printer, and our quality control assures smooth final manufacturing.
- Our customer service representatives are located at the Danbury facility. This allows for very smooth communication with all of our USA clients. Keeping our clients informed at all stages of production is a critical part of our excellent service.
- Full production services are also a specialty. Our Production Services group offers project management, author communication, design, art program management, manuscript review, art rendering, scanning, copyediting, proofreading, indexing, and permissions checking.
- We utilize a large corps of experienced professional freelance copy editors, proofreaders, indexers, and designers. We carefully screen and test their skills before they are assigned any work. In addition, their work is supervised and reviewed by our production editors.
- Our production editors are managed from our Danbury facility. They are all skilled and experienced professionals who manage every phase of their assigned books and journals and keep our clients fully informed regarding progress of the work.
